Product Overview

The Cylinder Manifold System is a centralized gas supply solution designed to connect multiple high-pressure gas cylinders and deliver a continuous, stable gas flow to downstream processes. By integrating pressure regulation, isolation, and safety components, the system ensures safe and efficient distribution of industrial gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, acetylene, and specialty gases.

Working Principles

Multiple gas cylinders are connected to a common manifold header through flexible hoses or rigid piping. Gas flows from the cylinders into the manifold, where pressure is reduced and stabilized by pressure regulators. The regulated gas is then supplied to the user pipeline or equipment.

For continuous operation, the system can be configured with dual banks (duty/standby) and automatic changeover devices, allowing seamless switching when one cylinder bank is depleted, without interrupting gas supply.
