L-CNG Pump Skid
Product Overview
The L-CNG Pump Skid is a compact and integrated system designed to convert liquefied natural gas (LNG) into high-pressure compressed natural gas (CNG). It combines a cryogenic high-pressure pump and gas vaporization unit on a skid-mounted structure, and is widely used in L-CNG refueling stations to supply CNG for vehicles directly from LNG storage.
Working Principle
LNG is withdrawn from the LNG storage tank and pressurized by a cryogenic high-pressure pump while still in liquid phase.
The pressurized LNG then passes through a vaporizer, where it is heated and converted into high-pressure gaseous CNG.
The produced CNG is delivered to CNG storage cylinders or directly to CNG dispensers for vehicle refueling.
